Extract from the official opening programme of the New Village Hall and Affordable Housing Development at Stoke St Gregory on 22 June 2007.

We only house local people and the homes here are either rented for in the region of £70 per week or sold under our own fixed equity scheme “Falcon Homes” for in the region of £80,000.”
